At Glow & Flow Clothing, every item is handcrafted and custom-made exclusively for you. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances — no exceptions — unless your order arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at glowandflowclothing.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the exact item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or finish are normal with handmade products and are not considered damage.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
