Shipping Policy – Glow & Flow Clothing

At Glow & Flow Clothing, every piece is handcrafted and custom-made to order. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Rates

1.1 United States
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS at the standard USPS rate, calculated at checkout.

1.2 International
We offer worldwide shipping at a standard flat fee, using an equivalent trusted postal carrier in your country. Rates will be displayed at checkout based on destination.

2. Processing Time

  • Production time typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or delivery time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Normally delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch, but may take up to 25 business days in rare cases due to postal or carrier delays.

  • International Orders: Normally delivered within 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. External factors such as postal service delays, customs inspections, extreme weather, or local disruptions may extend delivery times.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tracking availability may vary for certain international destinations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Glow & Flow Clothing is not liable for packages delayed, lost, or held by carriers or customs. If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or being unclaimed will not be refunded, as all sales are final. Reshipping will require payment of a new shipping fee.
