Terms of Service – Glow & Flow Clothing

Welcome to Glow & Flow Clothing. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) and Glow & Flow Clothing (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our site or purchase our products.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Glow & Flow Clothing, regardless of country of residence. By using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Order Acceptance & Final Sale Policy

2.1 Custom-Made Nature of Goods
All products sold by Glow & Flow Clothing are custom-made to order. Every sale is FINAL. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided under any circumstances, except for verifiable manufacturing damage as outlined in Section 5.

2.2 Irrevocability of Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or withdrawn for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Perceived differences from product images

  • Buyer’s remorse

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 All prices are displayed in USD by default, with currency conversions provided for international customers. Conversion rates are based on prevailing market rates at the time of purchase and may vary without prior notice. Customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or bank charges.

3.2 We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

3.3 Payment must be made in full before production begins.

4. Product Descriptions & Variations

4.1 Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and print placement are normal and expected. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

4.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly in appearance due to lighting conditions, screen display settings, and fabric dye batches.

5. Damaged Goods

5.1 If your order arrives with verifiable manufacturing damage, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@glowandflowclothing.com and providing:

  • Your order number

  • Dated, clear photographs of the damage and original packaging

  • A written description of the issue

5.2 We may request additional evidence or require return of the damaged item before approving a claim.

5.3 If approved, we will replace the item with an identical product only. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

5.4 Claims submitted after the 7-day window will be automatically rejected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer’s sole responsibility.

6.2 We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

6.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product concepts, text, logos, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Glow & Flow Clothing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Glow & Flow Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the order in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or the purchase of our products shall be resolved as follows:

  • Primary Jurisdiction: United States law applies for customers in the United States and other non-European countries.

  • European Jurisdiction: Swiss law applies exclusively for customers in Europe (excluding the European Union’s laws).

  • Customers agree to submit to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • For U.S. customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

  • For European customers: These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

  • No European Union consumer protection laws or directives apply.
